Free Grab Bag Suit Drawing Rules

By joining the EQ Swimwear Email List you are automatically entered in our weekly "Win a Free Grab Bag Suit" contest. If you are already registered or have purchased products from eqswimwear.com since April 1, 2003, you are also automatically entered to win. Please enter only once. Duplicate entries will be discarded. The winner will receive either one Male or Female Grab Bag suit (or the equivalent of a Grab Bag suit at the discretion of EQ Inc.) of any of the available manufactured sizes from EQ Inc. Requests are not permitted.

1. 1. The contest winner must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States.
2. 2. Void outside the United States and inside the United States where prohibited by law.
3. 3. All registrations received by 12:00 AM (midnight) East Coast Time on each Sunday will be included in that week’s drawing. Registrations received after 12:00 AM (midnight) East Coast Time on each Sunday will be included in the following week’s drawing.
4. 4. If you are already registered or have purchased products from eqswimwear.com since April 1, 2003, you are automatically entered into each week’s contest and there is no need to re-register. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
5. 5. Employees and other affiliates of EQ Inc. and its related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible.
6. 6. The prize is non-transferable.

No purchase necessary.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
Contest winners are not eligible to win again for 52 weeks after winning.
Any attempt to defraud EQ, Inc. through this drawing will result in forfeiture of all prizes and ineligibility for all future contests and drawings.

The winner will receive either one Male or Female Grab Bag suit (or the equivalent of a Grab Bag suit at the discretion of EQ Inc.) of any of the available manufactured sizes from EQ Inc. Requests are not permitted. One prizewinner will be selected at random on a weekly basis from all eligible registrations. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be notified via e-mail by the following Thursday of each week. The winner must respond to the e-mail notification within 7 days or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate prizewinner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. No cash will be awarded.

By registering, participants release and hold harmless EQ, Inc., affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. In registering for the contest, you will be registered to receive eqswinwear.com e-mail. Registrants have the option to unsubscribe from the e-mail at any time. Any information shared with eqswimwear.com will be held subject to our Privacy Policy.

EQ, Inc. assumes no responsibility for late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete registrations or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. EQ, Inc. is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by EQ, Inc. users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of registrations which may limit a contestant's ability to participate in the contest. EQ Inc. reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend the contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration of the contest.

Conduct

By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. EQ, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the registration process or the operation of the contest or website; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE EQSWIMWEAR.COM WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EQ, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
